Work

I have recently wrapped up an engagement (3 years long) and now looking for work.

Side Projects

My Grandfather passed away last year and lately I have been doing some “refurbishing” of some of his things. I’m not fully restoring things, just cleaning them up, and trying to get them back in working order.

Programming

Lately for programming and technical items in general, I’m still learning Phoenix (Elixir) and trying to figure out NixOS. TailwindCSS comes along with Phoenix 1.7 so that is in the mix too.

A few months ago, I also stood up a 4 node Raspberry Pi cluster to learn some kubernetes a bit.

Woodworking

Similar to the “Side Projects”, I’m working on restoring a cabinet my Grandpa had in his garage for 40 years. It was a floor based cabinet and I’m turning it into a wall hung cabinet. I’m adding dovetails to the top and bottom which have been replaced.
