Can you make an analogy between Agile and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Libertarianism" rel="nofollow">Libertarianism</a>? I have the same misgivings about both. With the right team, I can see Agile working well, but with the typical development teams I see not so much. If a team abuses the Agile approach to skip doing good development practices, how do you stop them without being <i>authoritarian</i>? The Nicolette article was interesting.
